OUR STORY

We built a better way to pentest, and an AI to run it.

zer0cipher began inside Below0Day, where our penetration testers built the AI decision engine they always wanted: one that reasons about attacks continuously, keeps its own evidence, and stays inside the scope you set.

Offensive tradecraft, made continuous.

Below0Day’s penetration testers repeatedly saw the same gap: organizations received a valuable snapshot of risk while the environment continued to change. The next assessment often rediscovered the same root causes, and remediation teams still had to translate a report into action.

So we built Darko, the AI decision engine at the product’s core. It encodes how we investigate: learning from each result, choosing what to test next, and proving what it finds, without stepping outside the scope and rules you set. It extends practitioner judgment rather than replacing it.

That origin still defines the product: offensive depth must be paired with control, a customer claim must be supported by evidence, and useful findings must work for both the person prioritizing risk and the person fixing it.

01

Trust before speed

A fast result is worthless if the customer cannot trust the testing or the evidence.

02

Evidence before assertion

Model confidence is not proof. Customer-facing claims need attributable support.

03

Quality before breadth

We would rather state a product boundary clearly than market a capability that is not ready.
